Valley In Motion

Founded in 2008, Valley In Motion creates, improves, and activates public spaces to strengthen quality of life across the Lackawanna Valley.

Vim means enthusiasm, vitality, an energetic spirit. Feel the VIM as we raise funds for three signature projects:

• Community Schoolyards: Building student-designed playgrounds at Scranton schools
• South Scranton Connector Trail: Creating hiking and mountain biking paths that connect affordable housing to thousands of acres of the Pinchot State Forest
• Forest City Murals: Using public art to connect Main Street to the D&H Rail-Trail for residents and visitors alike
