Krystal’s Fundraiser for ACA

This rescue is completely foster-based and helps some of the most vulnerable cats and kittens — bottle babies who need round-the-clock care, cruelty and neglect cases, and cats who have been surrendered and need a second chance at life.

Over the years, I’ve been lucky enough to help by cleaning cages, fostering kittens (and occasionally some very opinionated adult cats), and helping coordinating events. I’ve spent plenty of time scrubbing litter boxes like it’s an Olympic sport and being lovingly judged by cats who still expect snacks after all that hard work.

But seeing scared, sick, or abandoned cats grow into happy, loved pets makes every second worth it.
