Luzerne County's history lives in the photographs, documents, artifacts, and stories that connect us to our past. Preserving these pieces of history helps us understand our community and ensures future generations can learn from those who came before us.
The Luzerne County Historical Society (LCHS) works to protect and share this heritage through preservation, education, and research. Their efforts keep local history accessible for everyone.
