Melissa Sullo's story is extraordinary, but it didn't happen by accident. Behind every resume updated, every agency connection made, and every moment of being truly heard, there was an Outreach staff member showing up with patience, expertise, and genuine care.
That's what we do every day.
As Outreach staff, we work alongside people at some of the hardest moments of their lives, inside prison walls, in the chaos of early recovery, in the exhausting stretch of single parenthood. We help people find jobs when the odds are stacked against them. We reunite families. We open doors that our participants didn't even know existed.
Melissa called us "probably the best service offered to the inmates." We don't take that lightly. It's a reflection of the relationships we build, the time we invest, and the belief we carry for people when they can't yet carry it for themselves.
Now, we're asking for your support. Not for us, but for the next Melissa. For the person sitting in a county prison right now who needs someone to listen to their story. For the mother trying to rebuild her life and her family at the same time. For the child whose future looks different because their parent got the right help at the right time.
When you give to Outreach, you're giving to this work. You're standing behind the staff who show up, and the people whose lives are forever changed because we did.
Will you join us?
