I started following Boxer rescues after our first Boxer, Dempsey, passed away in March 2009. After adopting our first rescue dog, Rocky, in April 2009, I became involved by hosting a Silpada jewelry fundraiser for Adopt A Boxer Rescue in 2010 (I believe, or 2011 :-))
Over the years we fostered two Boxers including Tyson, a six month old hospice foster, which was a great privilege to me and my family. We adopted our last Boxer, Archie a boxer with a tail, from AABR in November 2017. From picking up mill dogs for transport as well as strays or dumped dogs from a high kill shelter in Philadelphia to home visits for applicants, I LOVE being part of a village, doing all that we can for Boxers in need. Adopt A Boxer Rescue does such valuable and tireless work on behalf of Boxers. Please kindly consider helping me raise much needed funds most especially for our medical expenses. Every amount helps, from $5 to $100. No amount is too small! If I have 10 friends who donate $100, I’ll have raised $100. Much of this during the NEPA Gives can be matched or doubled. Thank you very much for considering assisting me with raising funds for AABR’s impactful work! - xo Jen
