Luz Co. Sports Hall of Fame Cares Community Fund

The Luzerne County Sports Hall of Fame Cares - Community Fund exists to ensure the long-term sustainability of the organization, by providing permanent support and recognition to the local and regional sports community. Through lasting philanthropic investment, contributions to the Fund cultivate leadership, inspire volunteerism, and reinforce a culture of stewardship across the non-profit sector. Each year, the Fund extends its impact by providing scholarship opportunities to school systems throughout a five-county region of Northeastern Pennsylvania, empowering the next generation to thrive. It also ensures the upkeep and maintenance of a free public Exhibit/Museum, which is housed at the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport in Avoca, PA.
