We host free seasonal clothing swaps because a cute outfit shouldn’t cost the earth — or your paycheck. All ages and genders welcome. No judgment. It’s community care! This is neighbors showing up for neighbors. 

And because of you, it’s working. Last year, you helped us style 500+ Scranton neighbors each season — including kids getting winter coats, and that first-day-of-school outfit that makes them walk taller. We collected hundreds of pounds of food and essentials for families in need when SNAP benefits were halted. Together we saved 2,000+ lbs of clothes from NEPA landfills. And we believe in 0% waste, so every leftover piece goes straight to Friends of the Poor Scranton. Your closet clean out becomes someone in our area’s fresh start.

But here’s the thing: free isn’t free to run. Each seasonal swap costs us a few hundred dollars for venue rental, racks, bags, and ads. We’re 100% volunteer-run, renting spaces so all swaps stay free — from our back-to-school swap to special event swaps that make sure kids + parents have access when they need it.
