Grow The Garden

Green Neighbors Network is working to install a reliable water source and irrigation system at The Garden in Kingston, Pennsylvania to help support healthy plants, reduce water waste, and make long term garden growth sustainable.

Right now, there is no direct water source at the property. Volunteers currently transport and carry 5 gallon water jugs back and forth from home just to keep plants, flowers, and pollinator areas alive. While the community has come together in incredible ways to support the project, a long term water solution has become one of the garden’s most important needs.

Nearly every improvement made so far has been powered through volunteer work, donated materials, and personal out of pocket funding. This fundraiser will help us take the next major step toward creating a sustainable and lasting community space.

Funds raised will help provide:
• Water line installation and access
• Irrigation lines and connectors
• Timers and watering controls
• Hoses and fittings
• Water distribution supplies
• Long term garden infrastructure improvements

A proper irrigation system and water source will help us maintain pollinator plants, vegetables, flowers, and community garden spaces while conserving water and improving efficiency for future growth.
