A branch of the Greater Wyoming Valley Area YMCA, the Hazleton YMCA (Mericle Family Center) is reopening after undergoing major renovations and joining the GWVA YMCA. The facility includes an early childhood education center - the Pasco L. Schiavo Early Learning Center, which is open and currently serving families across the Greater Hazleton Area! The branch is set to officially open to the public later in 2026 and will feature state-of-the-art workout equipment and spaces, a grand pool and gymnasium.
The YMCA is committed to providing membership and programs for ALL - offering financial assistance and free or affordable programs all made possible through generous contributions to our annual fund and fundraisers like this!
