Junior Achievement of NEPA gives hope to our youth for a successful future. Through engaging, hands-on learning experiences and volunteer interactions, Junior Achievement programs help students see the relevance of what they are learning in the classroom and its application to the real world, acquire and enhance the skills they need to be successful in the workplace or post-secondary institutions, and recognize the value of an education. The goal is for students to have the tools they need to make informed decisions and prepared for the real world.
With so many organizations doing incredible work, why consider Junior Achievement of NEPA? Junior Achievement’s programs such as Inspire Career Exploration Experience, the YES! Program, Company Insight and K-12 classroom programming are available to all students in Northeastern Pennsylvania at no cost to schools due to our generous funders. Your gift helps prepare the next generation for success — reaching nearly 13,500 students this year and on a path to impact even more students next year! Every volunteer visit, every classroom experience, and every moment of encouragement makes a lasting difference to our youth.
“My favorite thing about YES! Day was doing all the fun activities like learning how to build resumes, net income, gross income, and even more! I feel like this would help me with decisions in the future.” - Student, Bear Creek Community Charter School
Your gift isn't just for today. It's an investment in tomorrow giving hope to students throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for believing in our youth, the power of education, opportunity, and community.
