Wolfpack Players Booster Club

The Wolfpack Players Booster Club is a Non-Profit group that fundraises to make sure that The Wolfpack Players Drama Club of Wilkes-Barre Area High School is fully funded and supported so they may put on the highest quality local theatre productions. 

The Wolfpack Players Drama Club is a self-funded student theatrical group established when Alice Y. Lyons took over the helm of advisor/director during the 2003-2004 school year, this club has blossomed into one of the best high school drama clubs in Northeastern Pennsylvania. Through extreme dedication and talent, The Wolfpack Players put on three productions a year; two main stage musicals and a main stage play. 

Since 2021, The Wolfpack Players have been nominated by the local community for and won Gold and Silver Awards for Best Theatre Group, Best Theatrical Production and Best Director in the prestigious Times Leader Best of the Best Awards for their productions of Oklahoma, Grease, Lightning Thief: The Musical, Chicago: Teen Edition and Hadestown: Teen Edition. Our young actors have gone on to pursue degrees in Musical Theatre, Theatre, Technical Design, Film, Communications, Education, Pre-Law and more!

This troupe has given young actors a safe haven to be themselves and explore their love for being on and off the stage as actors, singers and technical crew. It has done so through fundraising and donations from our friends, families and amazing local community of supporters.
