Trehab Drug and Alcohol Outpatient

Trehab is a community action agency dedicated to serving and advocating for vulnerable populations. Our Drug and Alcohol Outpatient Treatment Program is a community-based service that provides substance use disorder treatment and education to adolescents, adults, and their families. In our program, we treat each client as an individual, focusing on their unique needs and strengths, and creating a supportive, stigma-free environment.

TREHAB operates two full-time outpatient centers in Montrose and Tunkhannock, Level of Care Evaluations, Traditional Outpatient (OP), Brief Therapy (BT) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) services for adolescents and adults (ages 12–65+).

Center Hours:

• Montrose Office: Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Tunkhannock Office: Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
