Pocono Heritage Land Trust

Pocono Heritage Land Trust (PHLT) is a non-profit organization dedicated to protecting the outstanding natural places of the Pocono Mountains for the benefit of our communities and future generations.  

PHLT works tirelessly to preserve the scenic beauty, clean water, and diverse wildlife habitats that make the Poconos special.  Our team is comprised of dedicated individuals who are passionate about land conservation, environmental stewardship and community engagement. We take pride in our work and are committed to making a positive impact on the region.

To date, Pocono Heritage Land Trust has protected more than 5,000 acres in Monroe and Lackawanna County.
