Healing Before Crisis Arrives

The Heallist Foundation was built on a simple belief. The tools that help a young person through the hardest moments of life should not arrive in the middle of crisis. They should already be there, already practiced, already part of who they are.

We are a Monroe County based 501(c)(3) nonprofit rooted in the Pocono Mountain region, working to bring whole-person wellness, resilience training, and athletic opportunity to youth who are too often priced out of access.

Our Mission

The Heallist Foundation makes whole-person wellness accessible to youth and families, focused on healing before it is needed. We fund programs, train practitioners, and build partnerships that care for body, mind, and spirit together. Through athletics, mental health, and holistic wellness, we equip a generation with the tools, relationships, and self-knowledge to build resilience long before crisis arrives.
