While the Diocese of Scranton Catholic School System strives to keep tuition affordable and education attainable for all families, each year the gap between the cost to educate and tuition charged continues to grow. That's why we rely on the generosity of benefactors and donors to keep Catholic education in our Diocese sustainable for years to come.
We are deeply grateful to our families who are making personal sacrifices to prioritize Catholic education, and we profusely thank our selfless supporters who are willing to freely share their resources so that families with fewer can attend Catholic school.
This NEPA Gives 2026 campaign will supplement our efforts to spread the good news about Pennsylvania's Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) program, which allows both individuals and businesses to redirect their tax dollars toward Catholic education.
