Follow the Seed

In our proudest program titled “Follow the Seed”,  Hickory Heart Meadow Farm educators arrive at each school 4-5 times throughout the year, plant seeds with students or the population we are serving, and transplant them somewhere on-site or at our farm. At year’s end we have a harvest party, eat everything we’ve grown together in a healthy recipe, and save some seeds for next year!
